Finally...

So it has been a really long time since I wrote in my blog. Lots of things happening... School is crazy as ever and some days it is a struggle to stay on top of my game but I always seem to make it work. I am looking forward to my break, coming up here in a few weeks. And most of all, I am really excited about the new addition to my family. I am getting a Golden Retriever puppy in a little over a week and I just can't wait. Little Lulu will come home with me on July 26th. I cannot wait!!!

Other than all this, nothing much is going on. I am loving life and grateful for my friends and family. More to come soon...

5 more days...

So there are 5 more days until China. I have got most of my things organized, and am just trying to get through finals before then. Lots to do but it is really exciting and I cannot wait for a break. Work is crazy busy still and I am not sure what I am going to do when I come back and am jet lagged but I guess I will have to do what I have to do :-)

I have a nephew on the way and I hope he waits until I get back, but if he doesn't it will be a nice new member of the family to come home to. I will try to post while I am in China and Tibet, but I am not sure how often we'll be anywhere with internet access. I am thinking Tibet will most definitely not have access.

More to come!

I've decided to start a blog...

So I've decided it is time to finally start a blog. I have a lot going on this year and life can just get crazy, so I figured it is a good way to share all the comings and goings.

I am just finishing up my second trimester of my MBA program at Pepperdine. It has been a challenge this trimester, but I still love it and look forward to having the degree once I am done. I am going to have to figure out what concentration I want to pick sometime in the next few months, which is going to be a tough decision. I am stuck between Finance and Dispute Resolution. I am leaning more towards Finance, because it is something I can use anywhere.

Along with school I am still working full time and am thankful to have a job in these tough times. Working full time and going to school is a challenge to say the least, but luckily I am making it work. I haven't had as much time for friends or family, which is hard, but its short term pain for long term gain.

I am heading to China in a couple weeks, and will post more when that time comes. Until then, it is finals and packing and taxes and hopefully a little fun   :-)
